Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Audit Senior/Audit Manager to serve as the point of contact between partners, clients, and staff members. The primary responsibility will be to plan and oversee multiple auditing and accounting projects and client engagements concurrently. As the manager, you will supervise the staff, coordinate engagement workflow and progress, manage staff time and engagement budgets, review work papers and financial statements of supervised individuals, and provide coaching and training to staff members. Additionally, you will develop relationships with referral sources and potential clients. Travel requirements typically range from 15-20%.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting is mandatory.

• Must be a certified CPA or eligible to take the CPA exam (only for Audit Manager)

• Recent experience in public accounting, totaling at least 4 years (Audit Manager) and 3 years

(for Senior Audit)

• Thorough understanding of audit principles, practices, and regulations.

• Proficient knowledge of FASB standards, GAAP, and GAAS.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

• Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.

• Capable of working independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Skilled in delegating work to others.

• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

• Excellent time management abilities.
